 Connie has been a traffic control supervisor for over thirty years and is a pillar in the local construction industry. From small local projects to multi-million-dollar highway projects, Connie has seen it all. 

Devon is a construction project manager with background in heavy civil project management. She's the gal who sends you an estimate, gets the job rolling, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. 

 Casey is a Certified Public Accountant with a background in heavy civil construction accounting. While you might not see her on the jobsite often, she's always there behind the scenes.
